Reuben… a heaping layer of corned beef, smothered by apple-bacon sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and swiss cheese, all atop marble rye bread.    12

Pimento Grilled Cheese… the house blend of cheeses and roasted red peppers, melted and served with bacon, arugula, and savory tomato jam on whole wheat bread.    11

The Dirty Bird*… fried chicken breast with apple ginger slaw,, applewood smoked bacon, smoked gouda cheese, fried onions, and a carolina sweet and spicy bbq sauce.    12

Brewer’s Burger*… this burger is topped with cheddar, bacon, a fried egg, peanut butter, and our housemade beer cheese on a brioche bun.    14

Pimento Burger*… a half pound of cattleman’s angus beef topped with fried onions, bacon, rich Kansas style BBQ sauce, and our house made pimento cheese.    13

Build Your Own Burger*... choose either cattleman’s angus beef or chicken breast, then add on whatever you’d like! All build-your-own burgers come with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles.     8
