Tacos

Shrimp… shredded Romaine lettuce and hand-battered shrimp tossed in a sweet Thai aioli, and a black bean and corn salsa fresca.    11

All sandwiches and burgers come served with your choice of: House Fries, Onion Rings, or Vegetable of the Day. Substitute: Sweet Fries, Gouda Mac and Cheese, or Parmesean Grits for +$1

Avocado Chicken Salad… a blend of diced chicken breast, fresh avocado, and a cilantro and lime aioli, topped with tomato, red onion, and arugula on whole wheat bread.    9

FGBLT… fried green tomatoes, bacon, smoked gouda, Romaine lettuce, and our signature cilantro-lime aioli on whole wheat bread.     9

Duck Confit… slow-roasted duck legs, shredded and sautéed with our apple-bacon sauerkraut and BBQ sauce, loaded onto a ciabatta bun with shoestring onions and pickles.    12

Reuben… a heaping layer of corned beef, smothered by apple-bacon sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and swiss cheese, all atop marble rye bread.    9

Cuban... a classic blend of roasted ham, Carnitas style pork, yellow mustard, pickles, and Swiss cheese on a flattened hoagie roll.    10

Trader’s Club… hickory smoked turkey breast with bacon, provolone cheese, arugula, and a house basil aioli on ciabtta bread.    10

Pimento Grilled Cheese… the house blend of cheeses and roasted red peppers, melted and served with bacon, arugula, and avocado on whole wheat bread.    11

 

Signature Burgers

Brewer’s Burger… this burger is topped with cheddar, bacon, a fried egg, peanut butter, and our housemade beer cheese on a pretzel bun.    14

Build Your Own Burger... choose either certified Angus beef or chicken breast, then add on whatever you’d like! All build-your-own burgers come with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles.     8
